******* HOW TO INSTALL *******
(1) Extract the "qlpus.mrc" file to your mIRC folder or some place where you can find it.
(2) In mIRC, type: /load -rs C:\folder\where\you\extracted\the\file\qlpus.mrc
>>> for example, if I extracted the qlpus.mrc file to C:\mIRC, I would type:
/load -rs C:\mIRC\qlpus.mrc
